点评：I booked a special treat for my unwell daughter, myself, and my unwell mother – a pedicure for two and facials – hoping for a relaxing and restorative visit. Instead, we were met with a dirty, fly-infested spa that was completely unhygienic and utterly unprofessional.
We were left waiting over 20 minutes, surrounded by flies, with no explanation or apology. The staff were rude and dismissive, and the environment was filthy – nothing like the relaxing experience we were expecting.
Despite this unacceptable situation, we were refused a refund. I raised a complaint right away and was ignored for over a week, only receiving a response after chasing them three times. Even then, there was no apology from the director, nor any real acknowledgment of how upsetting and unpleasant the experience was.
This place is unprofessional, unhygienic, and shows a complete lack of customer care. Do not waste your time or money – there are far better, cleaner, and more respectful spas out there.
