奥伯盖特林堡滑雪度假村&游乐园的点评
点评：Completely disappointed with this attraction. We went with extremely high expectations for this family outing to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and what we experienced was nothing but frustration and sadness.
Everything started with the cable car ride up. The tram was extremely overcrowded, making it impossible to be comfortable or even enjoy and capture the moment by appreciating the scenery.
We purchased the Fun Pass, and the only activities available to us were ice skating and the climbing wall. We tried to buy tickets for the mountain coaster and were informed that the attraction was already closed and that it was no longer possible to purchase tickets.
We then tried the snow tubing attraction and were told that this activity was also unavailable because tickets were sold out until January 6th, even though the website states that tickets should be purchased on site (pure deception once again).
In conclusion, it would have been far less disappointing and much cheaper if we had only paid the $29 cable car ticket. We paid for four Fun Pass tickets completely unnecessarily, as there was nothing worthwhile available for us to do at the top.
We attempted to speak with staff members to complain about this situation, but the reception was not good either. For the price paid, I expected much higher quality service.
Final conclusion: I do not recommend this attraction to anyone, as I clearly noticed bad faith from the company toward its visitors.
