点评:An exceptionally large and noisy shopping centre. Problematic for people with sensory sensitivities. One side, next to Myer is much calmer, with beautiful velvet lounges upstairs and some of the more designer, exclusive and expensive stores. The public can play on the piano near David Jones downstairs which is just lovely and there are some great cafes with good ambience from the natural lighting under the glass roof.
There are a wide range of stores and fantastic eateries with mainly Asian cuisine. It's always crowded and noisy, so bear that in mind.
For those coming by public transport and/or using the upstairs food court in the evenings, particularly weekends and school holidays, be aware of the presence of many young children and teens in crowds and the problems that have and an arise from setting fire to things to fighting. There is a police presence at times, not always. Personally I'd steer clear of evening buses and the food court in those times for safety and personal peace.
Overall, it's low rating is due to the aforementioned and also because of the fact it only has a once a week "quiet hour" in the centre for people with sensory sensitivities, and that is disproportionate and not inclusive.
