Horrible Customer service at VCY Virgin Charter Yachts, Felix Felicis

点评：Chartered Felix Felicis from Virgin Charter Yachts over the NY holiday. Overall, the staff was nice until we had an issue with a toilet which was unable to be fixed during our trip. Initially, when boarding the toilet was being repaired. By the day two of our journey, the toilet wasn't functioning properly, waste was coming back up instead of going into holding tanks. We reached out and the staff at VCY had someone out the next day to fix it. Unfortunately, a part was needed and was unavailable thus only having 2 working toilets for our party of 6 for the remaining 5 days of our trip. This was a real inconvenience. Additionally, the boat was equipped with a water desalination machine to make fresh water. The water tanks on main screen kept reading full so we thought everything was working well until we ran out of water the 2nd to last day. We mentioned it to the technician who had come out to fix the toilet, he said everything was fine but the screen isnt working property. Upon our return, I asked about compensation for these inconveniences, VCY offered a free day on my next charter. As a boat owner myself, I understand things go wrong. Alexia, Director at Virgin Charter Yachts expressed to me several times that 2 toilets for 6 people is normal and I shouldn't be upset about it. I reiterated we chartered a boat for 7 days with 3 bathrooms not 2 bathrooms. VCY should stand behind their boats and maintenance on their boats. They sent us out on a boat knowing the toilet was malfunctioning and have not offered ample compensation for our inconveniences. The BVI's are wonderful but I would not recommend renting from Virgin Charter Yachts
