点评：Avoid this agency at all costs. I presented a valid German Residence Card and passport to book a ferry to Meis. The staff lacks basic knowledge of international travel laws, refused to serve me, and told me my documents were invalid. I went to a competitor, booked the ticket, and successfully traveled to Greece and back with zero issues—proving this agency is completely ignorant of immigration law.
To make matters worse, when they realized they lost my business, they maliciously filed a false report with the harbor police out of spite, triggering an unnecessary security check on a legal European resident. Even creepier, one of their older staff members (around 50, gray hair, on a motorbike) came to the secure customs port area and started secretly video recording me on his phone from a distance before running away when caught. They are a massive disgrace to Turkish hospitality, highly toxic, and engage in targeted harassment. Use any other agency near the docks instead.
