A wonderful experience/ memory and the highlight of our trip

点评：It's almost difficult to put into words how fantastic this experience was. My mum and I went on a 2-hour trek with Laura - it was the first time in 15 years that my mum had been on a horse and since this day, she has been waking up thinking how wonderful it would be to have a horse again and go trekking in the countryside.
Laura was a fantastic guide/ host - you can see how passionate she is about horses and she has a wealth of knowledge from working with horses in different countries. Her house/ yard is lovely and the surrounding area where you go trekking is amazing - miles and miles of countryside, including a lake with turtles and fields of olive trees, and no cars or traffic. The horses you get to ride are lovely and quite special - former competitors in endurance races.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience and memory, Laura. It really was the highlight of our trip, and my mum has not stopped talking about how fantastic it was. We will be back next year for sure!
