And the shocking part is that the owner and his drivers don’t even care about the reviews. But I am still writing the review to save others from opting for this car rental.
Firstly, at the time of booking the owner or whoever is talking is the SWEETEST GUY on the earth. He will wish you warmly and constantly follow up for bookings.
Once you reach Goa, that is when they start showing their true colours. For railway station pickup, they ask you to walk way down, then their person picks you up on a bike and takes you to the petrol pump where the car is parked. The car that I was given was in very bad condition (attaching images). And Petrol, let’s not even talk about it. With the petrol that they provide, the car will not even make it out of the petrol pump.
And the real fun is when you have to return the car. The same SWEETEST GUY turns arrogant, and the drive almost a goon, going to the level of even threatening women. Their arrogance and behavior is such that you feel threatened for your safety.
AVOID JOE CAR RENTAL at all possible costs.
