Finally, an actual spa DAY! Albeit with some room for improvement…

点评：The two of us spent a relaxing day here and overall, we had a really lovely time. It’s not easy to find an actual spa ‘day’ these days, so this was great value!
The setting is peaceful, the surroundings are beautiful, and there are plenty of cosy spots to unwind. The robes and towels were soft and clean, and sitting outside in the sunshine was a real treat.
That said, there were a few little ‘irks’, just things that didn’t quite hit the mark for us—but nothing that spoiled the day. The facilities are unusual, if a bit dated. We only used the pool, as the steam room was tiny and smelt, and the sauna was ridiculously hot like sitting on the surface of the sun, and tiny too.
The massage was generic despite being described as a specific style, and it was slightly odd that the same person who did the treatment also served lunch…
There was also a bit of a strange almost cliquey vibe from some guests, who I assume are regulars. We also felt a little rushed towards the end of the day by a staff member who was quite direct about closing time and making it even more obvious by repeatedly clearing up around us. I do understand though this is a business, but that felt very unwelcoming like being shooed out.
However, all just personal observations and we managed to take it all in good spirits—it didn’t ruin the experience, and we had a lovely day regardless!
A fun one-off for a catch-up with friends, and would recommend to others for this reason.

不过，以上只是个人感受，我们还是保持了愉快的心情——这并没有破坏我们的体验，无论如何，我们度过了美好的一天！
