I waited my turn in the queue, whilst waiting, bearing in mind there were only three couples in front of me. At the bottom of the stairs there was a bit of traffic, I can only assume from people coming from the toilet, so I moved off the stairs as the couple directly in front of me went to move towards a till so I queued 3ft behind them at the till. I was yelled at by whom I think was the manager, to go to the back of the queue, I tried to explain I had been waiting in the queue. I continued to wait behind the couple who were in front of me. When I got to the till for my turn, this same person said go back to the queue. I advised yet again I had waited in the queue, she wasn’t listening and advised the young lady at the till not to serve me. So I asked were they really not going to serve me, to which I got the response again, to go to the back of the queue. I advised I couldn’t go to the back of the queue to which she responded, then you won’t get served. At this point the queue was all the way up the stairs. I felt so upset and humiliated. I’m a 62yr old woman, why would I be jumping the queue, despite me having disabilities. This really spoilt my evening, I just couldn’t believe her rudeness
