点评:Always love visiting the Plaza and so many of the staff are lovely (as they were when we arrived), However, our whole evening was spoiled by a woman who seems to be a manager at the bar who accused one of us of jumping the (long) queue and would not allow the person at the till to serve my friend. She had queued for 15 minutes plus and moved to one side to let someone get past. The 'manager' then told the person serving not to serve her as she had pushed into the queue (she definitely had not). My friend did explain that she had moved to one side (and noone else in the queue complained) but the manager refused to serve her unless she went to the back again. I think it is extremely poor customer service for someone to effectively be accused of being a liar when they were only being polite and let someone get past. She asked to complain and was told her views 'would be passed onto management'. Surely reading a bar queue is a pre-requisite for being a manager. We didn't get a drink in the end and the venue was extremely hot so that was doubly poor. Shame! It is a particular shame as the band (Legend) were really good but we were upset.
