Great 1/2 day getaway from the resort

点评：We stayed nearby at the Marriott Momi. It’s an easy 15 minute transfer by their bus. Guides were great and so enthusiastic. We had Ruby and he took great pics of us with our phone as memories.
This zip line experience takes you up a hillside and it’s steep. So while you “zip” up, you are also climbing some steep steps / near ladders. We have an older teenager so no problem. A group in front of us had a 6 y/o and he kept up fine.
At the top, they take you into a cave that has important archeological implications for the town below. It was fascinating.
Things to remember:
Bug repellent
Sunscreen
Bring plenty of water
Your guide will carry all including your cell phones. While the guides do take great photos / videos, they carry your phone without a restraint or safety strap. It worked out fine and they do it enough so I was okay with it. But I’ll admit, it initially gave me pause.
Best to go earlier in the day without the heat to manage the hike. A perfect morning adventure away from your resort.
