点评:When I first enquired on 6th May, I specifically asked if it was possible to jump in an upright position, as I had my own reasons for not wanting to go upside down. I was told this could be accommodated with a chest harness, and this reassurance was the deciding factor in me making the booking.
However, when I arrived on the day and was already in the queue, I was informed that this option was not available. No clear reason was given for this change, and I was left in a very difficult position. I still tried to go ahead, but when it came to the jump itself, I decided not to proceed…. because the very condition I had asked about from the beginning was no longer being honoured.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I would not have booked had I been told upright jumping wasn’t possible, so I feel the information I was given at the point of booking was misleading.
I would like this to be properly reviewed, and I believe a refund would be a fair resolution given the circumstances.
