点评：Booking on the website leaves a lot of unanswered questions, so I am hoping to provide a public service by answering some.
First, yes it's that house. There is no signage of any kind.
Second, just park along the road. There's no parking. Leeanne comes out to open the gate at the tour start time.
As far as the tour goes, I'd recommend not booking too far in advance. It rains a lot in Western NC--even in summer--and there is a zero cancellation policy. Even if she's the one who cancels, you can only reschedule, which isn't convenient for people traveling. It rained on our tour and as a result, our tour was only 35 minutes long. It took us longer to drive out there than the tour lasted.
She is knowledgeable about the birds, no doubt, but this is not an expansive property. Two of the three enclosures are kind of "look and see what you can spot" deals. This is definitely an adult activity. I can't see a teenager investing the attention in something so loosely organized.
