Firs we had a great tour in the new cellar where the Chianti Classico, Riserva and Gran Selzione was made. Working with small French barrels, big bottis and also amfora. Great!
In the old cellar we found the Vin Santo. Old vintages back to the seventies. So interesting.
The crescendo of the visiting happens when the mother of the house present the best Toscana can offer. Food made of heaven!
Cheeses, cold cuts and two different pastas with different sauces.
We tried the Classico, Riserva, Gran Selzione and also their Supertuscan made from 100% Merlot.
Finally we tried the Vin Santo.
The wines were beautiful. Soo good!
