Over 5 years ago, my husband surprised me with a cruise that stopped there. We were traveling with friends who already loved Effy for both their jewelry and customer service, so we visited the store—and that’s where we met Sam. From the very beginning, Sam went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with a beautiful ring my husband purchased. I absolutely loved it!
What really stood out was that Sam stayed in touch with us over the years, even sending holiday wishes, which made the experience feel so personal.
Fast forward to this past year… my husband worked with Sam again to plan something unforgettable for our 20th anniversary. When we returned to Grand Cayman, we were greeted like old friends. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and then Sam handed my husband a ring box. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him again—it was such an incredible surprise!
And the ring? Absolutely stunning—the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen.
