点评：Hi Dan and Charlie,
I really didn't want to resort to writing a review on a site like this but having tried calling the number on the website (5th Sept), whatsapping the same number (5th Sept), whatsapping Dan's number (6th, 8th and 16th Sept) and filling out the enquiry form on the website (9th Sept) I've exhausted all modes of communication and am puzzled and really disappointed that no attempt has been made to contact me back.
In summary, our onward boat Alderney - Jersey was cancelled on 7th Sept due to bad weather so we called and whatsapp'd you to find out if our Guernsey - Alderney boat was affected and we just never got a reply. Dan did call on 6th as he was expecting us to board, and we explained we'd been waiting for someone to call us because we couldn't risk getting to Alderney and then not being able to get to Jersey. It was a pleasant call and he said he or Charlie would be in touch to follow up. I've tried following up myself all the times/methods noted above but have had no response.
I'm 100% not complaining about the decision to go ahead with the crossing when our Alderney - Jersey skipper cancelled - that's every skipper's decision. But to get no response or compensation when we made every effort to find out what was happening and would have cancelled based on a response, is really poor.
I'm very happy to remove this review if you get back to me.
