点评：Putra Ketambe – Amazing experience
Putra is an excellent manager. He organised our trip from Berastagi to Ketambe, our jungle tour, accommodation, meals, laundry, scooter rental, and also our transfer from Ketambe to Banda Aceh.
The jungle experience was unforgettable. Putra’s team works wonderfully: we were guided by his brother Armada, and Ali was our porter and chef. We saw orangutans, visited hot springs, and enjoyed delicious meals. Ali is a great cook, and Armada is a guide who clearly knows the jungle like the back of his hand.
The whole team is fun, warm, welcoming, and great conversationalists. We had deep conversations, exchanging ideas and knowledge about our cultures and religions.
We stayed at Putra’s cottages one night before and one night after the jungle trek. They are very comfortable, set in a quiet and green location, and the food prepared there is excellent.
I believe the jungle experience is quite standard across different companies, but the level of detail, good vibes, and care for the client’s comfort that Putra’s team provides is truly unique.
PS: Putra is very relaxed and brings a calm energy every time you spend time with him.
