点评：Just the worst. I booked a swimming session only to arrive and see three of the four lanes taken over by kids' swimming lessons. That's in addition to there being a separate, dedicated kids' pool just lying empty. The only lane for adults to swim in was taken over by parents and their kids divebombing and getting in the way of people trying to swim.
After 20 minutes of this crap, the kids' swimming sessions ended, and a large gang of these kids then descended into my lane and took it over. The lifeguard sheepishly told these kids and their parents that the lane was strictly for lane swimming, but they completely ignored him and he didn't bother doing anything about it.
The changing rooms are tiny and you can barely swing a cat in them. There are three mixed gender toilets and mixed showers filled with scummy children screaming their heads off and playing football with shampoo bottles. I appreciate the staff can't control customers' horrible children, but there was a member of staff cleaning the floors of the shower area, obviously completely aware of what was going on, but he chose not to say anything to the parents.
There are also no hairdryers in the swimming changing rooms, so you have to migrate to the gym changing rooms with sopping wet hair to use the hairdryers there.
