The Purple Pantry的点评
点评：We visited The Purple Pantry this morning and we're very disappointed at the service we received, or rather didn't receive. We ordered 2 food items and 2 drinks. Only 1 food item was written down so I checked the other didn't need to be listed and was assured the kitchen already had the order so it didn't need be written down again. We were advised someone would bring our drinks and food out to us having let the staff know we were sitting outside by the tree. After quite a short time 1 food item arrived. We mentioned there was another food item and drinks we were waiting for and were told they were on the way. Long story short, despite going back to the counter and chasing our drinks and food again, they never arrived. We asked for a refund which apparently has been processed. We got no apology, no nothing. We won't be returning!
