I was sent the wrong colour geraniums, they were not the colour that was advertised in the photo online. I called Customer Services and spoke to an extremely arrogant manager who point blank refused to accept any liability for putting the wrong photo onine, used intimidating tactics and wouldn't offer any compensation whatsoever. In fact, she said if I received a refund for the plants she wanted a video of me stamping on the originals and not using them! I had already paid that refund several times over in delivery charges. She tried to fob me off by saying it was the correct plant, then when she couldn't argue it she said the photo was only a guide - what's the point in a rough idea and there's no disclaimer to say this. Either put the correct photo or put a disclaimer (which PG has now hastily added since my call) saying the photo can't be trusted. Eventually she put the phone down on me. I'm reporting this everywhere, including to rogue trader media, as the attitude of Plants Galore customer services was appalling. We're talking petty sums of money here but the attitude needs to be called out, I can imagine they get away with a lot with their intimidating tactics and this is not good when they no doubt have elderly and more vulnerable customers.
