A delightful venue well deserving of its top 15 status
Balladoole Civic Amenity Site的点评
点评：After seeing balladoole amenity site in the trip advisor list of top 15 attractions, and as a regular visit to Ramsey, I felt it remiss of me not to have checked it out. This afternoon I corrected that and took in the venue as part of a family afternoon trip.
I was very impressed with the hatted gentleman who greeted us and directed us to a park, he was not a wordy man, but pointed effectively and I felt with much integrity towards a vacant bay. The process of transferring our waste to the designated skip was straightforward, which I always feel is a great advantage at a tip. Skips were capacious and while well used, they were not overflowing and easily accommodated both our burnables and green waste with ease. I had a couple of soda cans from the footwell of my car, which I lobbed into the metal skip only later to discover there was a dedicated tin can bin, but no one seemed to mind and I am hopeful that my meagre offering of tin would be as welcome in the metal skip as the more narrowly defined tin can bin, and might still survive to live again in a new form. All in all the visit was both productive and enjoyable. I was interested to note that the waste water plant next door was not open for visits, and wondered given the popularity of the tip whether it too might one day make it on the the Ramsey top 15 visitor attractions. I love you Ramsey, and I look forward with great anticipation to visiting more of your civic amenities in due course.
