Enjoyable distillery workshop and tour

点评：We have vastly enjoyed our visit in the small but great distillery. We had the pleasure of doing the Jin distillation workshop, and had a brilliant time. The hosts, Rob and Maria, were pleasant, enthusiast and highly informative.
Part of the experience while the distillation takes place is the tour. We learned it all began on the kitchen, and will leave the rest for them to tell.
In the workshop you will decide about your own Jin flavor out of many options.
We were surprised to hear about the Rum. If you are a group, I highly recommend to enjoy also the Rum preparation and tasting. Rob told us passionately about it and how he made it happen.
We tasted and actually bought a bottle.
I would also recommend to ask about the island (Anglesey) if time permits.
And do visit the train station AFTER. It is the village with the longest name in Europe. The more Jin the longer the name :-)
