点评：My wife and I visited for lunch. My wife is gluten free (coeliac). We ordered the burger of the month, the Brisket burger and it was the best burger we have had. Yes, we do visit many breweries and had many burgers at both restaurants and breweries.
Kickbacks point of difference is that they have really thought about their burgers, even from a gluten free perspective which is rare. Usually, it's just an inconvenience that they feel they must cater for. Gluten free bun was toasted as everyone who is GF knows defrosted GF bread is like cardboard and disgusting. Kickback have thought about this and produce a quality product.
In addition, the a generous with their ingredients including the amount of brisket. Also a rarity.
Yes, you will pay around $30, but worth ever cent. We will not need dinner tonight.
As for the beers, I had a sample of most beers and enjoyed all. Something for everyone, whatever your preference.
I wish the owners and staff every success. We are travellers passing through from Melbourne, here for gather round (AFL). If you are doing the same, do yourself a favour and visit. Locals, get behind the company.
