Don’t rent here, if the boat strands you will have a terrible experience

点评：Scam, the boat broke down by it self, and we did not get the full deposit back. I’m sure it’s fine when everything on the boat works, but you never know if it breaksdown. The deposit is 500€ btw
They charged us extra costs because they had to come restart the boat and dive up an anker, that my boyfriend already dove up, found it and offered to pick up. While diving it up he sufferd wounds on his hands and hyperventilation because he was so tired. We also tried to keep the boat of shore while it was stranded because we didn’t want the boat to be damaged by the shore, of course it drifted because the engine broke down and we were on the phone for 35 min before they came to help, we couldn’t do anything about a malfunctioning engine and didn’t get clear instruction on how to restart it. Please be careful there are other rentals that handle this better. When we tried to explain why the 230€ charge was not right they started yelling at us and saying they had already contacted the police when we were stranded. They also didn’t offer us a receipt of the deposit because their was no way to prove the damage.
