点评：Very disappointed with how the sunset tour was handled. Severe thunderstorm warnings had been issued as early as 4 PM, yet the captain waited until just 10 minutes before the tour to cancel. That kind of last-minute decision left us with nothing else to do for the night and no time to make other plans. The company expects 72 hours’ notice from us if we cancel — yet they didn’t extend the same respect in return.

What’s even more upsetting is that I was contacted in a way that felt like harassment for leaving this honest review. I’m absolutely entitled to share my experience, especially when it involves my family’s safety. We were closely monitoring the weather and had a strong feeling the tour wouldn’t happen. No other boats were going out, and we didn’t feel safe — plain and simple. Weather may be out of your control, but how you handle it — and how you treat your customers — is not.
