点评：The Leliyn - Edith falls precinct was a fantastic place to relax and take the moderately tough hike to the falls. On our way to the falls, we first passed the lower most pool with a smaller cascade which was also a popular bathing spot. We spotted a red coloured floater ball in this pool placed to detect the presence of Crocodiles. We learnt that the floaters were examined periodically to check whether there are bite marks on them. After hiking a fair distance on the ascending track, we were able to observe the pretty countryside landscape. Then we arrived at the “Bemang” lookout to take an ariel view of the two tier falls beautifully flowing down into the upper pool first and then to the lower pool forming the second cascade. From the lookout the views were gorgeous. The section close to the upper pool was the most rugged part of the hike specially with the warm and dehydrating weather making the walk a bit tiring. Water in the natural pool was cool and enticing for a plunge. Fall itself was gushing with a fair column of water and it was beautiful to look at, at the eye level. Across the board walk over the creek the terrain was rising towards the hill and rocky with the pathway meandering through it. On this route there were many spots from where we could view the falls.
