点评：Accessed at the end of the Edith Falls turn off from the Stuart Highway, this collection of pools is a wonderful spot for a scenic walk or scenic swim. A decent sized car park with a small café kiosk and a toilet block with changing facilities, it’s a short walk from here to the larger Edith Pools plunge pool and then a longer up hill walk to the smaller Edith Falls Upper pool. Both pools have waterfalls but the Upper one is more impressive in the Dry season.
We only used the main pool and in August it was quite bracing, but wonderful once you were in. Stunningly clear and clean water and croc free, it was a great spot.
I will agree with others that the waterfall in the lower pool is not that impressive in the height of the Dry season in August and is on the opposite side of the pool to the swimming platform. But it will only take a decent swimmer five minutes to get across the pool to it, and it is a fantastic swim in totally still water. But for the rest, you only have to swim a small way from the platform to be immersed in the fantastic scenic views that are all around you.
