Worst WA travel experience ever
Horizontal Falls的点评
点评：We booked and paid for a overnight trip with Horizontal Falls Seaplane. Like thousands of people, this was a bucket list experience. We planned our whole WA trip 6 months prior and paid in full. The big day arrives and our plane is stuck on the tarmac unable to start. There were originally 4 planes but 2 took off without waiting. The 3 plane did delay and try to assist before taking off. There was nobody at the Derby airstrip to assist so we were unloaded and waiting for a replacement plane from Broome which never turned up. Next we know we are on a bus back to our accommodation with pressure to get a refund rather than reschedule. We tried every option to try for another flight including returning to Derby after the Gibb River Road but they were not helpful at all.
Computer says no.
To top that off, the company only does refunds once a week so we have to wait for our money.
This company has shown no customer service or empathy for our situation. If it doesn't fit in with their schedule then too bad.
The people on our plane could have been accommodated if all planes had waited as there was room on the other planes, or a plane came from Broome. It was just easier to off load us. My wife and I were gutted.
As a footnote, the day after our event, one of the seaplanes made and unscheduled landing on the water with a fault
