Great Wolf Lodge Water Park的点评
点评：All the employees were very friendly but when I booked my room it said I would have a balcony and when we were checked in, 30 minutes late because the hotel never texted me a room number so I had to go back up and stand in the long 20 minute line for the second time even though I was told I wouldn't have to do that again, my room did not have the balcony. Very upsettiing!!!! So I called the front desk and asked if they could switch me to the right room but they could not and the manager finally offered a free upgraded room stay which was fine at the time but after staying the night in this room I don't think we will EVER come back to GREAT WOLF LODGE. The bed was the worst and my back hurts so bad now! The sink won't drain properly either. Also in the water park area the women's restroom had poop and dirty diapers all over the floor and food was under the dressing area and pee and wet toilet paper was all over the toilets and I took pictures to prove how disgusting this place actually is! I want a refund from this weekend. Of course my kids loved it but I paid 400 for a night stay here and they say 4oclock check in but actually don't give the room until 430. The womens restrooms are completely unusable for any sain human being. Also I never got the free upgraded room email from the manager last night that she said would be emailed to me!!!!! This place SUCKS and so isn't worth the money unless you find a sewer stentched poop smeared restroom and slime covered floors relaxing and fun!oh and I went to grab a paper towel to wipe my hands off after washing them in the restroom and got stabbed by something sharp because there were no paper towels and reached to far up there.
