点评：Never again.
We booked a VIP room but were given a corner instead. Unlike the other rooms, there was no sign showing which party, and the party was listed under a different name, which made it difficult to identify where we were supposed to be.
The VIP rooms were already fully set up, yet we were left waiting.
The experience was extremely disappointing, particularly from a safeguarding perspective. Staff took our children into a room that was not the room we had booked and then left them there. People were able to walk in and out freely without being asked whether they had a booking or which party they were with.
The doors were left open, meaning there was very little control over who could access the venue. With children involved, this was completely unacceptable and raised serious safeguarding concerns for us.
We were also given conflicting information regarding the car registration. We were told we had 15 minutes to register the car, despite the signage stating that registration should be completed on exit. Beware
I raised all of these concerns, including the safeguarding issues, with the manager. Their response was particularly concerning, as I was told that they regularly receive complaints about this, especially regarding the corner seating.
If management is already aware that these issues are happening, it is extremely disappointing that they have not been properly addressed. Specially when people pay alot of money.
Overall, the experience was unacceptable. We certainly will not be returning, and I would strongly suggest that management urgently reviews its safeguarding procedures, room allocation, access control and communication with customers.
