The only options available were crisps, chocolate, and a few cold sandwiches—not suitable for a hungry toddler. Even when the kitchen reopened, delays continued, with no clear answers from staff about when basic items like a jacket potato would be available.
For the price, I expected far better service and organization. My email complaint was barely acknowledged without any compensation, adding to the frustration. Families are better off visiting Bear Town in Hampton—it’s cheaper and far more reliable. I won’t be returning to Hobbledown Heath anytime soon.
