Obnoxious behavior by Praveen of The Tent City.

点评：We had booked a three night package at The Tent City for stay in Deluxe Swiss A/c Cottages from November 4th onwards
We arrived at the City at 10.30 am and after waiting for about an hour, we were given accommodation.
On reaching our Tent cottage, I found one Queen size bed, and the zip closing the tent broken.
The brochure had shown me that Swiss Deluxe Cottages were provided with 2 beds.
I refused to stay in this tent and demanded that I be given what was promised in the brochure and of course, the broken zip made us feel insecure because we were both women of senior age.
The person I spoke to was Praveen, who informed me that what I was demanding was subject to availability.
I reminded him that I had checked in at 10.30 am and not late in the evening.
His speech on the phone was rude, obnoxious and spoke with a false accent.
He asked me to come back to the reception and on arrival, within 5 minutes, I was allotted a cottage to my satisfaction. This means that I was deliberate given bad acc,assuming that since we were two women, both 70+ years of age, we wouldn't protest.
