A few weird questions, one, how do you charge someone the unintentional amount, two, how do you proceed to ask for my credit card info AFTER I made the purchase so they can rectify the situation, three, why did they wait that long to contact me. They contacted me after I contacted them. That screams RED FLAG 🚩 especially in the Caribbean. The customer service rep from Diamond Marquise was arguing back and forth with me when I was also trying to explain myself. I am never trusting grand cayman with my money again.
