Spa at Houstoun House的点评
点评：I am so disappointed in my recent visit to the spa. I had received an Indulgent Spa Day voucher through buyagift and had decided to use it at Houstoun House on 7 November, with my husband, to celebrate our anniversary.
When we arrived, we were handed a robe, towel and slippers and pointed in the direction of the pool. That was it.
Nothing about our visit was "indulgent" - unless you count sitting on a broken lounger and having the pleasure of watching the aqua aerobics class.
I was so disappointed and embarrassed by the whole experience. I don't even know what to say to the person who gifted us the voucher. I know this is not what they had expected when they spent £100 on the voucher, when we could have paid £20 per person on the day for the same "experience".
I've since emailed them, and also contacted them through their website. A week later and still no response.
Terrible customer service overall.
