Newmarket Holidays的点评
点评：We booked the Capri, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast tour stopping in Sorrento for a week we upgraded to the hotel Caravel and it was beautiful
We did not visit the other hotels on offer but really liked this one
Our tour manger was called Giuliana I’ll not give my thoughts of her till the end
Giuliana took us for most of the tours and my god she was so knowledgeable of the area the tours were very well organised from pick ups to drop offs with the coach and nothing was to much trouble for her
The last day arrived and the message came through that all easyJet flight were cancelled 6 hours before departure from hotel at 23.30 hours
I thought it was a joke I looked up the Newmarket customer helpline and rang it I expected an answer machine how wrong I was they new all about the problems and told me to wait for a phone call in the morning from that minute on Newmarket were helpful knowledge and caring something hard to come by nowadays Giuliana was in contact that morning we could even ring her and message her and she always replied I even received further calls from Newmarket uk so from what must have been an absolutely logistics nightmare for Newmarket they showed how they managed this situation in a great way we often judge tour managers on what they know or say to you but she went above and beyond just like the company did always keeping us informed after 2 extra days in Sorrento we all managed to get flights home yes we were detoured but that’s one down side to a major problem at Naples airport so on that note Newmarket I will be booking with you every time we do a tour not just on a great tour but how you handled the situation
