Lovely Christmas holiday in the Austrian Tyrol

点评：We were part of the Christmas time in the Austrian Tyrol group staying at Hotel Basur, Flirsch, and had a lovely time. Excellent hotel, great location (views were breath-taking, morning and night!). The tour was extremely well-managed by Richard who was helpful, well-informed, and entertaining - he worked very hard to cope with all the different demands and was always cheerful. He did a first-class job even when placed in uncomfortable situations by hotel and company. There were varied trips that all offered something different and enjoyable - Innsbruck and Christmas market, snow scenes in Seefeld and St Anton, and a scenic trip to Neushwanstein Castle in Germany. In terms of hotel, variety and beauty this was one of the best tours we have been on. However .....it was a larger than normal group (42?) and we were rather crammed into a small dining area in hotel; for the first time ever in our tour experience, we were expected to remain in the same seats at the same table for the duration and because we arrived late on the first evening we had little choice and ended up crushed into a noisy area. When we asked to move we ended up seated by ourselves for the holiday and missed out on some social interaction as a result. The other disappointment was the trip to the castle - beautiful drive (quite long) but ... having paid extra for this we were surprised the company had not pre-booked entry and poor Richard was expected to arrange this on the spot - and the castle said no slots were available!! (entry is with guided tours only - and in German!!) And the mist meant that we saw little of the castle exterior! So basically we paid for a coach ride! I think most of us felt rather cheated on this occasion. We also felt sorry for Richard who was plaed in this uncomfortable position.
翻译：我们参加了奥地利蒂罗尔圣诞之旅，入住弗利尔施的巴苏尔酒店，度过了一段美好的时光。酒店非常棒，地理位置优越（早晚景色都美得令人窒息！）。理查德把整个行程安排得井井有条，他热情周到、知识渊博、风趣幽默——他尽心尽力地满足我们各种不同的需求，始终保持着乐观开朗的态度。即使酒店和旅行社安排了一些不太愉快的事情，他也能出色地完成任务。行程丰富多彩，各有特色，令人难忘——包括因斯布鲁克和圣诞市场、塞费尔德和圣安东的雪景，以及前往德国新天鹅堡的风景之旅。就酒店、行程的丰富性和美景而言，这绝对是我们参加过的最棒的旅行团之一。不过……我们团的人数比一般旅行团要多（大概有42人？），我们在酒店的餐厅里感觉有点拥挤；这是我们旅行以来第一次被要求全程坐在同一张桌子的同一位置。由于第一天晚上我们到得比较晚，选择余地不大，最后只能挤在一个嘈杂的区域。当我们要求换座位时，结果整个假期我们都只能孤零零地坐在一起，错过了不少社交机会。另一个令人失望的地方是去城堡的行程——沿途风景优美（路程也比较长），但是……我们为此额外付费，却惊讶地发现旅行社竟然没有提前预订门票，可怜的理查德只能现场安排——而城堡方面却说没有空位了！！（城堡只接受德语导览团参观！！）而且由于雾气弥漫，我们几乎没看到城堡的外观！所以基本上我们花钱买了个巴士车票！我想我们大多数人都觉得这次被坑了。我们也为理查德感到难过，他被安排在了这么不舒服的位置。
