Great Wolf Lodge Water Park的点评
点评：This was our second visit here. We were pretty disappointed with our visit this time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, this place was kinda gross. The amount of trash on the ground was crazy. We were some of the first people in the water park when it opened and we struggled to find a clean table. We finally gave up and chose a dirty one. I went to the bar to ask for cleaning supplies and was able to wipe the old grease, crumbs, and pizza sauce off. I’m astounded that tables weren’t wiped off at some point between closing at 8pm and opening at 10am. Ew. Do better.
Also, they were at capacity so we had to wait for our room past check in time. If you know how much the rooms cost, you’ll understand why this is a problem. Also being at capacity made finding a spot to sit at the water park tricky. Everyone just rushes in and puts towels/belongings down on all of the seats and tables. A table next to us was claimed by towels for 2 hours before the family finally came to utilize it. They were fully dry and dressed, meaning they just put towels down then left the water park to do other things! That’s insane and needs to be monitored better.
Our kid had fun with Shadow Quest. However, his couple hours of fun just don’t justify the hefty price tag for GWL. We won’t visit again.
