Tui Travel - Tourism Union Indochina的点评
点评：I made a reservation for a trip to Sapa by internet from my home country. Because we had only a 6 days stay in Hanoi, and we wanted to include a 3 days/2 nights visit to Sapa, we asked specifically to go straight to Sapa from Hanoi airport.
Most travel agencies wanted us to stay in a hotel in Hanoi the first night and take the bus to Sapa the next day.
Only TUI Travel was able to offer us this possibility. We received a program proposal from Ms Violet from TUI for the 3 days in Sapa and we requested some changes which were adapted without any problem.
I paid the trip with credit card and everyting went correct and smooth.
The day before our arrival, we received detailed information about our pick-up in the airport and the 6 hour trip to Sapa.
After arrival in airport, a TUI staff member was waiting for us and helped us to the bus to Sapa.
This bus was like a first class seat on the plane: we had a stretcher with possibility to sleep, wifi and charging possibilities on the bus. Unbelievable!
The hotel in Sapa was not a luxury hotel, simple but ok,but the friendly staff did everything to help where possible and made our stay very enjoyable.
The next day, we met our local guide who spoke english very well. We were only 4 people in the group which was very pleasant. The guide was extremely helpful and friendly and gave valuable information during the trips.
On the last day, we were only 3 people for our program with the same guide. Again a wonderful trip.
Lunches were also very tasty on both days.
In the afternoon, we went back to Hanoi with limousine bus who dropped us in front of our hotel in Hanoi.
Overall,we had a fantastic experience and everything, from our arrival at the airport to our return to the hotel in Hanoi was perfectly organized.
We were very satisfied with the excellent work of Ms Violet which made our trip onforgettable.
Last but not least...the price was unbelievable interesting.
We recommend strongly TUI Travel for everybody who wishes to visit Vietnam.
