Ashlynn Distillery On The Canal的点评
点评：The first thing you look for at a distillery is the sprits, and the drinks. This place hit both out of the mark. Interesting and unusual crafted spirits that had unusual and pleasant flavor profiles. These were used in a fun seasonal cocktail menu that had some thought put into it. And, the drinks were executed well, well crafted with detailed touch. The bartender knew his business.
So, the basics are well covered. This place also serves food, an interesting tapas and entree menu that combined standard bar grub with some loftier dishes, too. Could not try everything on the menu, but what we had was great! The ceviche especially was tasty and a fun find at a craft distillery!
Lastly, the service... not something you normally consider at a craft beverage out, but it is worth mentioning here. Our server Gabby was sweet and helpful, and Chris the manager was extremely helpful in communications to the kitchen about a gluten allergy. The amount of care and consideration for the customer was remarkable
Combine that with fact that the entire party enjoyed the experience.. well, they deserve the five star review. My family has a new favorite destination!
