点评:BEWARE!! Very disappointing trip to the Kimberleys, average food, itinerary changes at short notice (we ended up missing 2 places on the list) and a number of times having to sit around extended periods to wait for Patrick to turn up. It didn't start off well with Patrick turning up 3 hours late on the 1st day. We had to spend an extra day in Kununurra as the booking for the Ord River Dam wasn't made in advance. Accommodation was also not booked in advance which caused problems. Tour guides normally provided information on the areas you visit, but this was not the case here, little to no information was provided.
The trip was cancelled in Broome, (budget had been exceeded) 4 days before the scheduled finish date (we didn't get to visit the Dampier Peninsula). He promised a refund for those days, via email, but only followed through on about 1/3 of the amount owed and didn't answer any emails or voicemails and blocked us from the Facebook site. He didn't turn up to the Consumer Affairs tribunal meeting and hasn't responded to the orders made by the Tribunal.
After our experience it is hard to imagine that most of the listed reviews are genuine. I found it unprofessional with poor planning and organisation.
I won't be travelling with them again.
