We first discovered this gem last year, and it quickly became clear that it was something extraordinary. The incredible team played such a meaningful role in our experience that there was no question—we had to come back. And once again, they exceeded every expectation.
From the very first moment, the warmth and genuine care of the crew reminded us why we fell in love with this place. Their hospitality is the kind that lingers with you—it’s not just about being friendly, it’s about making you feel seen, supported, and completely at ease. It’s rare to find that kind of authentic connection, but it’s the heart and soul of Only Blue.
The diving itself? Absolutely spectacular. Columbus Isle offers a vibrant underwater world, and the crew knows every inch of it like an old friend. The briefings are clear and reassuring, and once you’re in the water, you’re in the best of hands. Every dive is a blend of calm professionalism and sheer wonder—from playful reef fish and dramatic walls to peaceful drift dives that make you forget time entirely.
A very special thank you goes to Simon, our TEC instructor. His expertise, clarity, and calm, methodical teaching style were instrumental in our growth as divers. We owe so much of our technical success to him—his mentorship gave us not only new skills but also the confidence to push ourselves in a safe, informed way. It’s not every day you meet an instructor who can teach with such depth and precision while making it feel empowering and fun.
