Eureka! Science + Discovery的点评
点评：I visited on Sunday 3rd August with my 2 children, 6 and 12. I had a little difficulty getting parked, as we first found the overflow car park, which was full, and I couldn't see signage for the main car park. I spoke with a lady in another car who had the same issue, but we found it by taking the first exit at the roundabout when leaving the overflow, and it had plenty of space to park.
The staff inside were very welcoming and helpful, both on arrival and later, when I asked for directions to the theatre, where we saw the robot show, ran by Rosie, who was funny and engaging. My two children really enjoyed the show and it inspired my eldest to play with her robot dog again when we got home. Thank you Rosie!
We enjoyed exploring the different areas and engaging with the exhibits. My 12 year old is SEN and was very comfortable and happy here, it was nice to see her engaged and joining in and there were some nice chill out areas.
We didn't explore the burrow (under 7s area), as my 12 year old was ready to leave by the time we had explored the main building. We didn’t try the food, so I can't comment on that. My 6 year old was asking to go back at bedtime, as he wants to try the creative area and the burrow and said he loved the exhibits.
Can't comment on food/cafeteria as we didn't use it, but the toilets were clean and well maintained. We spent just under 3hrs here and would recommend it. Bonus points for free entry for blue peter badge holders.
