点评：When touring both parts of the West Virginia University campus be prepared to walk up and down steep hills. There is quie a distance between the two campus but there is a personal rapid transit service. It wouldn’t take our cash, a student swiped us in. It is a very scenic ride. We toured the Mountainlair, the Old Main and the Mountaineer Mascot. We then returned to the PRT station and once again it was impossible to pay. A student swiped us in. After a long wait for a train an announcement was made that the system was down and busses would be dispatched. After half an hour one bus came, During the ride up the hill the driver announced the service was back up and that everyone would have to get off at the next stop. We asked the driver if we could stay on to the final PRT stop at the visitor’s parking garage. Not only did she refuse but yelled at us for riding the bus and PRT saying only students could ride it. At this PRTstop the turnstiles were not working. The students used the service phone to get instructions and we went up and down several service stairs to finallly be able to board. We eventually got back to our car in the garage an hour and a half after leaving the Mountainlair. If you are touring the WV University campus it is best to go by car and park at a garage at each campus.
