点评:LISA is a rude and disrespectful person. We missed our train due to a platform change which we weren’t notified of. And we came from Derby to Stoke on Trent . We were confused on what to do next since we are first time travelling by train. Rather than helping us she started blaming us. Saying ‘oh you got cheaper tickets and now take responsibility ’. I believe when someone is asking for a suggestion especially sitting there in the ticket info centre (sent to ask help), we asked for suggestions on next route. Lisa didn’t have the intention to help us on the routes though we were ready to pay she kept making us to pay without tell us the routes. She doesn’t deserve to be in the ticket/information desk coz she has no patient and is rude. Do better at you job LISA DUMB person. It takes nothing to be nice. How difficult is it Lisa?
