点评:Very frustrated with the level of customer service provided by Skyland Ranch. I made an online purchase for 5 day tickets back in June for our visit in July of this year. No problems with them accepting our money ahead of time, and we did somewhat enjoy our visit there. But now that a random charge has showed up on my account a month after we were there, I can’t get anyone to respond to me to get this resolved. I don’t expect them to figure it out in one day, but I certainly expect timely responses to an inaccurate charge. I emailed them over a week ago to get this resolved, and as of yet have not heard back from anyone to correct it. It’s always funny how companies are eager to take your money, but much less efficient about getting back to you regarding a refund for an error on their part.
