点评：It was a 2.5 out of 5 .... nothing special about the ladies change room no amenities , no extra towels etc. The hot tub was nice. They told me to turn the timer on the steam room but nothing happened until I went to the front desk then the receptionist said " oh it takes 7 min to heat up, I wish she would have mentioned that first. The " refreshment area is in the reception lobby so it is not private or restful to relax in. I think the most disappointing thing was that I booked with Cheryl for a reason and then I got a different therapist without anyone telling me . I was new and had read all of the bio's and picked Cheryl. My massage was in a " couples room" which was not the cozy warm environment I expected. When I was done my massage I looked back at my booking and for sure I had a confirmation with Cheryl . When I brought it up while paying I was told " oh I had to move it " I wish someone would have let me know when I checked in .
Overall I have had better spa experiences this would not be a return visit for me.
