点评：Do not visit this place unless you want to experience abuse. This establishment should be closed down for inspection as soon as possible.The staff at the swimming pool are neither trained nor qualified. They became irritated because my 8-year-old son was calling for me loudly, and in response, the staff spoke even louder, ensuring that everyone in the pool could hear them. This incident occurred just 40 minutes after we arrived.
I couldn't understand French, but I apologized and explained that I did not speak the language and that my son couldn’t understand them either. The staff member completely ignored my attempts to communicate and forcibly removed my son from the swimming pool, placing him on a cold chair.
My son said, "I'm sorry, I'm cold," but the man ignored him. He said that my son had to stay there for five minutes to "learn." When I asked, "Learn what?" he continued to ignore us. I was shocked; minutes later, my son began to shiver. So I took a towel and went to the "grounded area," placing the towel on him, but he was still shivering. The man passed him the five minutes,finally released my son. At this point, I was in tears, watching my son cold and crying. We left the place immediately after that.
When I went to the reception, the front desk staff apologized and offered my son and me two free “adult entries” after I explained everything and mentioned that we were flying back the next day.
