A very pleasant session in ideal cool weather

点评：A few days ago we decided to go to the hot springs to see what it was like.
We rang through on the morning and booked for 10.30am, we left there four hours later.
Quite a new setup so all was Mickey Mouse.
It is nicely set in an undulating bush setting with quite a few different pools with differing water temperatures, the hot being about 41 degrees, very nice in the cool weather.
We wandered around and tried all the pools plus the barrels up the top of the hill that had nice views over Lake King.
We also spent time in the two dry saunas.
We hired a locker, towels and lovely warm robes that were really appreciated when walking from one area to another.
After the pools we used the shower rooms beside the locker area and were surprised to find there was shampoo, conditioner and body soap, that was a real bonus.
A thoroughly good experience, better than we thought it would be,
We had seen pictures of the barrels and thought they must be hard to get into but they were set into the deck so it was easy getting in and out.
Quite unique and the water seems to be the hottest in the barrels.
Good value, and you don’t have to hire a locker, towel or robe, you can bring your own gear, but we did love the robes.
