点评：Super disappointing spa experience. Many mistakes were made which shows a strong lack of organization in the team. The hot tea was empty, the shower gel in shower was empty, the hand towels by the sink were all used. It’s a Caudalie spa which doesn’t have caudalie products as amenities- they have the generic hotel shower gel / shampoo. My masseuse was not friendly. I finished my 50 min massage in 45 minutes. She seemed like it was a hassle for her which was felt right away. She did not make me or my spouse feel welcome at all. I was very surprised by the service and lack of care for the client. It lasted all the way to the check out where we waited 20+ minutes to pay at the counter as there were no employees available to ring us up. It was not an enjoyable time at all.
We really enjoyed our lunch and dinners at this hotel and were expecting an elevated service to match at the spa but to our suprise it was definitely not a 5 star experience at all.
