Absolutely Awful, avoid at all costs

点评：Unbelievably disappointing experience & the first bad one with any transfer company.
As a family of 4 we turned up at the airport, having booked a sedan for 4 & 3 suitcases.
The driver said he could only take 2 of us & 2 cases & stated the driver who was supposed to come was off sick & he had stepped in. Whilst he was nice, he had such a small car he could only get one case in the boot & 1 on the front seat. It was still a squash for 2 of us in the back.
Our other 2 family members had to pay for another taxi transfer. On contacting the company as we had booked a return transfer with them, they denied all liability, said it was what we booked (it wasn't) we even took a photo & sent it. They refused a refund & horrendous customer service.
Tried 3 times communicating to no avail. A waste of €130
Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy!
